Payment For Your Appointment

Payment for all services is required on the day of your appointment, unless prior credit arrangements have been made.

A missed appointment is defined as arriving 5 or more minutes late. A fee of $10 will be charged for missed appointments. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that no refunds will be provided for prepaid missed appointments.

Additional fees may apply in certain cases, such as:
ACC visits
Extended consultations
Minor surgeries
Services requiring special equipment or supplies

Same-day prescriptions: $10
Same-day WINZ certificates: $10
Same-day work medical certificates: $15

A late payment fee of 1% per month will be applied to all overdue balances. Any costs related to the collection of overdue fees will be added to your account.
